• Bank statements for the past two months, all pages
• Investment account statements, the past two statements
• Retirement account statements, the past two statements
• Your Social Security number (s)

If you currently own Real Estate:

• Mortgage account information
• Home insurance policy information with Agent contact information
• Home equity account information (if applicable)
